Partner program terms
For flayr affiliates and partners. Commission terms are the ones shown on the partner program page when you are approved.
1. Joining the program
You apply through the partner program page. flayr reviews every application and may approve or decline it for any reason. Approval is personal to you and cannot be transferred.
To receive a referral link you need a flayr account in good standing, registered with the email address you applied with.
2. Your link and attribution
You get a personal flayr.social/r/ link. A customer is credited to you when they arrive through your link and sign up within the attribution window shown on the partner program page.
If more than one partner refers the same customer, the most recent valid click before sign-up gets the credit. flayr’s tracking records are final.
3. Commission
You earn the commission rate, for the duration, shown on the partner program page at the time the referred customer first pays. Commission is calculated on what the customer actually pays, net of taxes, refunds, chargebacks and credits.
No commission is earned on refunded or charged-back payments. Commission already paid on a payment later refunded or charged back may be deducted from future payouts.
4. Payouts
Commissions are held for the hold period shown on the partner program page, then become payable once your balance reaches the payout minimum. The payout method and schedule will be published before the program opens.
You may be asked for tax information (for example a W-9 or W-8) before you are paid. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
5. Disclosure
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with flayr whenever you share a referral link or promote flayr, for example with #ad, #affiliate or “I earn a commission if you sign up”. The disclosure must appear before the link and be easy to see, as the US Federal Trade Commission and similar rules elsewhere require.
6. What is not allowed
Referring yourself, your own additional accounts or anyone you share a household or billing details with.
Bidding on “flayr” or other flayr brand terms, or misspellings of them, in paid search, or running ads that look like they come from flayr.
Spam, misleading claims about flayr (including pricing or features), fake reviews, cookie stuffing, incentivized clicks, or coupon and deal sites unless flayr agrees in writing.
Using flayr’s name or logo except as provided in the partner assets.
7. Ending the partnership
You may leave the program at any time. flayr may suspend or remove a partner at any time, and partners removed for breaking these terms forfeit unpaid commission.
flayr may change these terms or the commission terms with notice. Changes apply to customers referred after the notice.
