By using Flayr you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Account responsibilities

You're responsible for activity on your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for content you generate or publish through the service. Don't use Flayr to impersonate others, spam, or violate any law.

Subscriptions & refunds

Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase — contact support.

AI-generated content

You own the content you generate. You're responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing — AI may hallucinate, infringe, or produce bias. We don't warrant accuracy of generated content.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.
