Voice clone training

Make a voice clone sound more like you. Record guided takes in different styles, build candidate voices, compare them in blind A/B rounds, and choose which version becomes your voice. Nothing switches over without your click.

How to use it

  1. Make a voice clone in Voice Studio first, then choose Train this voice on it.
  2. Record that the voice is yours and that you agree to training. Training does not start without this.
  3. Record the planned takes. Each take is checked; a take that cannot be used tells you why. You can also import longer recordings of your own voice.
  4. Watch the meter: at 5 usable minutes you can Build candidates, which speaks the same lines in each new voice.
  5. Open Rate your voices and run a blind round: pick the better voice in each pair without knowing which is which.
  6. When the round is finished, see the results and choose Make this my voice on the one you want. You can roll back to an earlier version later.

Good to know

  • Some takes are kept back as anchors: they are never used for training, only as the real you in blind tests.
  • At 20 usable minutes a fuller fine-tune unlocks [verify].
  • Builds and imports cost Embers; nothing is charged for auditions that did not run [verify].
