Broadcasts

Send one message to your contacts at once. A broadcast goes as a direct message to the contacts who are still subscribed, and shows how many were sent and how many failed.

How to use it

  1. Open Broadcasts and create a broadcast.
  2. Give it a name and write the message.
  3. Choose Send on the broadcast when you are ready.
  4. Once it is done, the broadcast shows how many messages were delivered and how many failed.

Good to know

  • Contacts who unsubscribed are skipped, and so are contacts with no conversation to reply into [verify].
