Sequences

Drip campaigns that nurture contacts over time. A sequence is a list of steps with waits in between: send a message, add or remove a tag, check a condition, call a webhook or leave an internal note.

How to use it

  1. Open Sequences and create a sequence. Give it a name and, if you like, a description.
  2. Add steps. For each one, set how long to wait before it and what it does.
  3. Save the sequence.
  4. Enroll contacts from a workflow step that enrolls the contact into a sequence [verify].
  5. Expand a sequence to see its enrollments, and pause, resume or cancel any of them.
