One place for all your automations. The Home tab sorts your workflows into what needs attention, what is running, drafts ready to turn on and templates to start from; the other tabs open Workflows, Broadcasts and Sequences.

How to use it

  1. Open Automate from the sidebar.
  2. On Home, check Needs attention first: these are active automations whose last run failed. Choose Resolve to open the workflow.
  3. Under Recommended, choose Activate on a draft to turn it on.
  4. Under Templates, choose View to start from a pre-built automation.
  5. Use the Workflows, Broadcasts and Sequences tabs to build and manage each kind of automation.

Good to know

  • Active lists every enabled automation, including any that need attention.
  • Broadcasts and Sequences only show as tabs when they are available to you.
  • If automated scheduling is turned off, an activated scheduled workflow will not fire until scheduling is back on. Automate tells you when that is the case.
  • Automate is part of the new navigation. On the classic navigation, open Workflows instead.
